Refund & Cancellation Policy
Fees paid to Peko in connection with access to or use of the Platform and any Services are non-refundable, except where a refund is expressly required under Applicable Law or explicitly agreed by Peko in writing.
The Company may cancel its subscription, discontinue use of the Platform or Services, or request closure of its User Account at any time. Cancellation, discontinuation, or account closure does not entitle the Company to a refund of any fees already paid and does not relieve the Company of any outstanding payment obligations accrued prior to the effective date of cancellation.
No refunds shall be issued for partial use of any subscription period, early termination, suspension, restriction, modification, or discontinuation of the Platform or Services, including where such action is taken for operational, compliance, security, regulatory, or business reasons.
This Policy applies to all subscriptions, plans, fees, and Services accessed through the Platform and forms part of the Platform Agreement.
