Peko Start is a business formation and setup solution offered through the Peko platform that helps entrepreneurs navigate company incorporation and related setup processes in the UAE.

Peko Start supports businesses with trade licensing applications, documentation coordination, VAT registration support, visa and PRO services, and workspace options, by facilitating interactions with relevant authorities and service providers. Final approvals and timelines are subject to applicable government authorities and third-party requirements.

Peko Start also includes complimentary access to the Peko+ subscription for one year, enabling businesses to use selected platform features such as bill payments, invoicing, expense management, corporate travel, payroll setup, and insurance facilitation, subject to applicable terms.

Simply sign up on the Peko platform, go to More Services -> Peko Start, and submit an application by selecting your preferred jurisdiction (Mainland or Free Zone), business activity, and required details.

Once your application and documents are submitted, a Peko representative will contact you to guide you through the next steps. Progression is subject to document verification and applicable authority requirements. 

Initial review and verification typically begin within 48 business hours of complete document submission. Overall onboarding timelines may vary depending on documentation completeness, verification checks, and third-party or authority requirements. Peko aims to support a smooth process; however, final timelines are not guaranteed.

Basic business registration details, ownership information, authorized signatory identification and other supporting documents depending on the selected jurisdiction and business activity. Specific requirements may vary and will be communicated during the application process.

Peko applies industry-standard security measures, including encryption and access controls, to protect business information submitted during onboarding. Data is handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws and Peko’s Privacy Policy.

Peko provides guided support to assist businesses throughout the Peko Start onboarding process, including document coordination and process guidance, subject to applicable authority and third-party requirements.

Once your free one-year access to Peko+ expires, you can subscribe to the paid subscription of Peko+ by logging into your Peko account. Continued access to Peko+ features is subject to the applicable subscription plan and terms in effect at the time of renewal.

Peko Start facilitates visa and PRO services, including assistance with visa applications, renewals, document attestation, and related government filings. All visas and approvals are issued solely at the discretion of the relevant UAE authorities.

Setup timelines vary based on the selected jurisdiction (Mainland or Free Zone), business activity, and documentation readiness. In many cases, incorporation may be completed within several working days; however, timelines are subject to authority approvals and cannot be guaranteed.
